Deerfield, IL (October 23, 2009) – California-based Tragon Corporation has signed a lease for 6,267 square feet of office space at the 75,000 square foot Deer Tech building, located at 111 Deer Lake Road in Deerfield, Illinois. The transaction between the consumer testing company and ECD Company was valued at just under $1 million and brings the building to 100 percent occupancy.

Michael Flynn, CCIM, SIOR, executive vice president and Jason Wurtz, senior associate, with NAI Hiffman’s Office Services Group, represented ownership ECD Company in the direct transaction with Tragon Corporation.
