Scope of Service Experience
|
Jim is an Executive Vice President in the Office Services Group of NAI Hiffman and has been with NAI Hiffman since 1997.
Jim represents property owners, tenants and buyers in the greater Chicagoland area. His primary focus is on Landlord and Tenant representation in Chicago’s East-West Corridor suburban office market. In 2008, he completed 460,000 square feet of office transactions with a total value of $40 million.

| Jim has experience in office building sales, leasing, and space acquisitions. From 2004 to 2008, he leased over 1 million square feet of office space in the east-west suburban office markets. Building on his successful experience as a Landlord Representative, he currently has leasing responsibilities for over 800,000 square feet of Class A office space in the East-West Corridor and has represented such clients as TIAA-CREF, Sun Life Financial, TA Associates Realty, Bridge Development Partners and Panattoni Development Company. |
