Clients who appreciated our service in the Chicago market requested that we employ our platform to replicate those services in other locales. That step was reasonable and logical, so we did it. Then we did it again, and again, and noticed both a trend and a clear need from the customer for a higher level of service, collaboration and overall attention. We created a dedicated entity – Hiffman National – to focus on clients and assets across the country. And now we operate seamlessly from our Chicago headquarters, delivering our proven management platform and providing the reliable service and efficiency upon which we have built our reputation.

Hiffman National is a home-grown solution to a recurring problem – the need for accurate, responsive and reliable commercial real estate services. The company grew from NAI Hiffman, the Midwest’s leading provider of third-party management and leasing services. Our platform evolved in the early 2000’s, experiencing exponential growth as the powerful combination of people and platform fostered trust among our expanding client base.

Our program monitors COI’s and service contract expirations, organizes building visitor access, promotes our fire & life safety program, and tracks unexpected incidents.

We Provide Purchasing Power
The scope and quantity of services we provide creates savings in regard to services, products and talent. Our pre-approved list of vendors are more responsive and price-sensitive working with an established market-leading third-party firm.
All contract services are bid to a minimum of three vendors and are subject to Ownership’s review and approval before final selection. Hiffman National’s policies regarding bidding are very comprehensive. Performance standards are established to ensure that baseline needs are met and the best value is attained in procuring services from contractors.
Vendor’s minimum standards are addressed during the vendor qualification period. The qualification process involves assessing the vendor’s length of time in business, references, financial status, and capacity. While achieving cost-savings is our primary objective, we will not compromise service through this process.
