NAI Hiffman assists in the sale of industrial property along I-55 Corridor

BURR RIDGE, ILLINOIS (January 19, 2017) – NAI Hiffman is proud to announce the sale of a 101,282-square-foot industrial building at 160 Tower Drive in Burr Ridge, Illinois.

Accurate Partitions Corporation, a manufacturer of high-performance bathroom partitions, acquired the building from a private seller after outgrowing its current space in McCook, Illinois. The company plans to refurbish the existing 16,800 square feet of office space to accommodate the company’s growth.

The building features 18’-20’ and 28’-30’ clear heights, 120 car parking spaces, 5 exterior docks, and 3 drive-in doors. The building will provide Accurate Partitions easy access to I-55 and I-294 via the full interchange at County Line Road.
