Windfall Plaza sells 2 acres of land to Jet Brite

NAI Hiffman represented the owner of Windfall Plaza, LLC, located at 1175 North Gary Avenue in Carol Stream, in the sale of approximately 2 acres of land to Jet Brite Car Wash.

Windfall Plaza is located just south of Army Trail Road; the automated car wash will occupy the northeast corner of the property in front of Saver’s Thrift Store.

The transaction was completed in December 2013 and Jet Brite plans to construct and open this as its fourth location by the 3rd quarter of 2014. Jet Brite also has facilities in Addison, Aurora, and Villa Park.

The beautifully renovated retail center offers an excellent location in the Stratford Mall retail corridor, street signage, and easily accessible entry and parking. Since increasing occupancy with two new tenants in late 2013, there is currently only 12,000 square feet of inline space available for lease.
