Old Second National Bank completes 2 sales

TINLEY PARK – NAI Hiffman represented Old Second National Bank in the completion of two office building sales to Mack Companies in Tinley Park.

The sale included 6820 Centennial Drive, consisting of 8,000 square feet, and 6800 Centennial Drive, an 11,650-square-foot building, located just 3.5 miles north of the I-80 and Harlem Avenue interchange.

Mack Companies, the nation’s premier provider of single-family, turnkey investment properties, is already based in Tinley Park and will use the majority of the two properties for its headquarters.

Adam Johnson, vice president, and Jim Adler, executive vice president, with NAI Hiffman’s office services group, represented Old Second National Bank in the two transactions.
