NAI Hiffman represents two landlords in new leases

NAI Hiffman recently represented ownership in two separate office transactions in the Chicago suburbs. Brookwater Partners signed a new lease with Teledebt Solutions Inc. for 5,000 square feet of office space. The lease brings the 30,000-square-foot building at 199 S. Addison Road in Wood Dale to near full occupancy with only 1,000 square feet of vacant space still available. In Bensenville, the Michael Mathews Corporation signed a new lease with LIV Transportation. The logistics provider leased 3,600 square feet of office space in the flex/office building at 730 Birginal Drive, located off of Busse Road, between Thorndale and Foster avenues. Aubrey Van Reken, vice president with NAI Hiffman’s office services group, represented ownership in both transactions. Todd Heine of Avison Young represented LIV Transportation LLC.
