Fulton Street building sold by H&S LLC

NAI Hiffman recently represented H&S LLC in the sale of an industrial building at 1227 W. Fulton St. in Chicago to Sterling Bay Companies.

The 27,000-square-foot building is a USDA Certified Food Processing Facility in a prime West Loop location in close proximity to public transportation, I-290 and I-94. The site was formerly operated by frozen food company, On-Cor.

Following its recent lease with Google at the former Fulton Cold Storage building, Sterling Bay Companies continues to expand its real estate holdings in the area with the purchase of 1227 West Fulton. The activity shows the growing transformation of Chicago’s West Loop as it becomes increasingly populated by restaurants and residential properties.

Larry Much, executive vice president with NAI Hiffman’s industrial services group, represented H&S LLC in the transaction.
