NAI Hiffman’s signs 2 new leases at 111 Deer Lake Road in Deerfield bringing occupancy to 100%

NAI Hiffman represented ECD Company in new office leases with PT&C Forensics and Michael Scott at 111 Deer Lake in Deerfield bringing occupancy to 100%.

PT&C Forensics, a global leader in forensic engineering & recovery solutions, signed a 18,175-square-foot lease in the 59,044-square-foot office building.  Jonathon Connor and Teddy Chapman of Colliers represented PT&C Forensics in the transaction.

Additionally, Michael Scott, Inc. signed a lease in the building for 4,414 square-feet. Michael Scott, Inc. offers retailers and customers a unique and focused combination of services and capabilities for private label product development.
