NAI Hiffman’s Granger completes three transactions in Chicago’s Northwest submarket

OAKBROOK TERRACE, IL (October 26, 2016) – NAI Hiffman’s Bruce Granger, senior vice president, recently completed three building transactions in Sycamore, Rockford, and Elgin. 

In Sycamore, Granger represented seller Ron Wellander and Carol Whitmore in the sale of 71 acres of land located at 1501 West State Street to an undisclosed buyer. In Rockford, Granger represented seller, Mark V and Susan M Okkerse in the disposition of a 16,800-square-foot building located at 3510 Merchandise Drive. Seabass Realty, LLC was the buyer of the property. Finally, ShopWare, Inc renewed it 3,207-square-foot space at 2175 Point Boulevard.  ShopWare Inc. is a Midwest source for CAD/CAM CNC programming software. Granger represented ShopWare Inc in the transaction; Mark Smith, CBRE represented the landlord.
