Amcraft renews 13,616 SF lease with Gannett

NAI Hiffman represented Amcraft Construction Company in its lease
renewal with Gannett Healthcare Group for 13,616 square feet of office space at
1721 Moon Lake Boulevard in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. The 132,017-square-foot
building, Poplar Creek Office Plaza I, is located near the Barrington Road
and I-90 interchange near numerous restaurants, hotels and golf. The building
is currently 70% leased with available office space ranging in size from
1,770 to 32,000 square feet.

Jack Reardon, senior vice president with NAI Hiffman’s office services
group, represented Amcraft in the transaction. David Saad of CBRE represented
Gannett.
