NAI Hiffman completes three leases in North Suburban market

NAI Hiffman represented the two owners and one tenant in three separate transactions totaling nearly 24,000 square feet of office space in Chicago’s North Suburban market.

In Bannockburn, Marathon Capital expanded its lease for 9,367 square feet at FGMK LLC’s property located at 2801 Lakeside Drive near Half Day Road and I-94. The 98,680-square-foot, Class A, building offers on-site management, fitness center, outdoor lakeside patio and available conference and training rooms. Marathon Capital, an investment banking firm, has been headquartered at the building for nine years.

At 1751 Lake Cook Road in Deerfield, L’Oreal USA signed a new lease with James Campbell Company LLC for 7,052 square feet of office space. L’Oreal will use the space for its sales product representatives. Just down the street at 111 Deer Lake Road, ECD Company signed a lease renewal with Green & Associates for 7,500 square feet. The 60,000-square-foot property, Deerfield Tech Center, features high ceilings, long window lines and is in walking distance to the Deerfield Metra stop.

Michael Flynn, executive vice president, and Jason Wurtz, vice president, with NAI Hiffman’s office services group, represented FGMK LLC, L’Oreal USA and ECD Company in the three separate transactions. Tim Hart of Colliers International represented Marathon Capital; Adam Showalter of CBRE represented James Campbell Company LLC; Vic Sanmiguel and Peter Billmeyer of Chicagoland Commercial represented Green & Associates.
