NAI Hiffman represents buyer in 125,000 SF purchase in Elk Grove Village

ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL (November 19, 2015) – NAI Hiffman represented a private investor in the purchase of 1600 Busse Road in Elk Grove Village from CenterPoint Properties. The buyer plans to convert the 125,000-square-foot industrial asset to self-storage use, selecting this location for its excellent visibility, with over 50,000 vehicles per day, along Route 83.
