NAI Hiffman represents IDI Gazeley in 221,000 SF industrial lease in Bolingbrook

BOLINGBROOK, IL (November 19, 2015) – NAI Hiffman represented IDI Gazeley in its new 221,000-square-foot lease with logistics firm, Kane Warehousing, Inc., at 700 South Weber Road in Bolingbrook, Illinois. 
 
700 South Weber, also known as Building 3 located within the Bolingbrook Corporate Center, offers 36’ clear ceiling heights and is a great location for tenants, just 1.5 miles north of the I-55 and Weber Road interchange. The 602,820-square-foot building is LEED® Silver-certified and was developed with sustainable practices in mind including features like an off-site naturalized detention area, skylights and clerestory windows and T-5 warehouse lighting. The building currently has 382,228 square feet of space available.
