NAI Hiffman awarded leasing and management of 955,000 SF Regent O’Hare

NAI Hiffman announced it has been awarded the leasing and management assignment of Regent O’Hare by a joint venture between Distribution Realty Group (DRG) and Pearlmark.
 
Regent O’Hare is an eight-building business park totaling 955,460 square feet of industrial and office space in the heart of the O’Hare submarket, along Busse Road in Elk Grove Village. The buildings include: 501-565 Busse & 1800-1872 Brummel, 811-891 Busse & 1810-1860 Jarvis, 901-985 Busse, 1500 Higgins, 870-898 Cambridge, 901-1051 Cambridge and 1800 Landmeier.

Regent O’Hare currently has 18 suites available ranging in size from 2,000 to 63,000 square feet. Joe Bronson and Joe Bennett, with NAI Hiffman’s Industrial Services group will lead leasing efforts for the property.
