NAI Hiffman Takes Home Two 2014 BOMA Suburban Chicago TOBY Awards

We are proud to announce our Management Services Team was the recipient of 2 awards at BOMA Suburban Chicago’s TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) Awards Ceremony last night. NAI Hiffman’s winning teams honored for their exceptional work included:

Butterfield Centre

• Renovated Building: Edens Corporate Center in Northbrook, managed by the team of Tom Murphy, Elizabeth O’Connor & Rodolfo Ricardo
• Suburban Office Park – Low Rise: Butterfield Centre in Lombard, managed by the team of Melissa Woolsey, Chris Zivalich, Donna Monterubio, Ed Cosme & Luke Hannon

The TOBY Award is the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind in property management. All facets of the building’s operations are thoroughly evaluated during the judging process, including tenant relations programs, preventative maintenance, community involvement, emergency preparedness, energy conservation and continuing education for building personnel.
