American Realty Advisors completes 4 transactions in Oak Brook
NAI Hiffman represented American Realty Advisors in four transactions totaling nearly 29,000 square feet of office space in Oak Brook, Illinois.
Bank of America, Millennium Pharmacy Systems and Edelman Financial Services made up three transactions at Oak Brook Regency Towers. Oak Brook Regency Towers is located at 1415-1515 West 22nd Street, on the southeast corner of IL-83 and West 22nd Street, directly across the street from Oakbrook Center. The 441,720-square-foot property is currently 93% leased with available suites ranging in size from 1,092 to 17,289 square feet. Its amenities include Tuscany restaurant, a full-service conference facility, on-site deli, sundry store, new fitness center and more.

Also in Oak Brook, at 1900 Spring Road, American Realty Advisors signed a new lease with Telephone USA bringing the building’s occupancy to 89% leased. Available suites range in size from 1,632 to 5,600 square feet. On-site amenities include a tenant lounge, food service, retail banking and a conference facility.
