NAI Hiffman secures new lease at Northwest Corporate Park III in Elgin, Illinois

ELGIN, IL (December 16, 2016) – NAI Hiffman is proud to announce that Schaumburg, Illinois-based Heritage Travelware, Inc., has leased 151,346 square feet at 2500 Northwest Parkway in Elgin, Illinois.

Brian Colson, executive vice president with NAI Hiffman, represented the company, a provider of premium business cases and mobile accessories. NAI Hiffman is also managing the asset on behalf of the owner, Stockbridge.

The building features 11,218 square feet of freshly painted and carpeted office space, 28” clear height, 22 exterior docks, T-5 warehouse lighting, and secured trailer court. 

“Heritage Travelware chose the 2500 Northwest Parkway building because their timing for identifying a modern, functional asset was immediate,” said Colson. “The requirement called for an above standard office build-out that was readily available as well as a preferred cross dock design, which was offered at the 2500 Northwest Parkway building. Constructing 11,000 square feet of new office in an alternative spec development would not have met their operational timeline.”

2500 Northwest Parkway, located within Northwest Corporate Park III in Elgin, is within minutes from the I-90 and Randall Road full interchange, and approximately 25 minutes from O’Hare International Airport. 

It is also situated diagonally from The Grove, a mixed-use shopping strip with a range of tenants, including: Tilted Kilt, Jimmy Johns, a Shell Gas Station, Starbucks, Panera, Comfort Suites, and other restaurants.
