NAI Hiffman represents American Realty Advisors in 17,216 SF Lease Renewal/Expansion in Oak Brook

OAK BROOK, IL (January 22, 2016) – NAI Hiffman represented American Realty Advisors in its lease renewal and expansion with BWAY Corporation for 17,216 square feet of office space in Oak Brook, Illinois. The building is located at 1515 West 22nd Street in the Regency Towers office complex at Interstate 88 and Route 83, in close proximity to Oakbrook Center. The building is currently 88% leased. 

Patrick Kiefer, Executive Vice President, with NAI Hiffman’s Office Services group represented American Realty Advisors in the transaction. Susan Rosen and David Popa with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, BWAY Corporation.
