NAI Hiffman represents General Growth Properties in Multiple Lease Transactions in Oak Brook

OAK BROOK, IL  (February 8, 2016) – NAI Hiffman represented General Growth Properties, in multiple lease transactions at 1200 Harger Road in Oak Brook, Illinois. Digital Staffing renewed its  lease for 1,634 square feet of office space and was represented by Brian Borken of BKB Commercial Corporation. Insurance company, MAF Companies, leased 3,121 square feet of space in the building. Healthcare Business Consultants, a practice management company moved into 9,125 square feet of space and was represented by Triad Realty Group. Lastly, Rose S Beicos, DDS,  joined the tenant roster at 1200 Harger Road leasing 2,209 square feet. The dental practice was represented by Joel Berger of Bradford Allen.

1200 Harger Road is adjacent to the Oakbrook Center shopping mall and  minutes from I-88.  The property is undergoing a major renovation project including new corridor and washroom finishes, new building lobby, complete elevator replacement, and the addition of a tenant lounge and conference center.  The building is currently 93% leased and has suites available from 925 to 4,129 square feet.
