NAI Hiffman represents Dukes Bridge LLC in 13,368 SF lease in Elmhurst

ELMHURST, IL  (February 25, 2016) – NAI Hiffman represented Dukes Bridge LLC in its new lease with Pharmacy Alternatives LLC for 13,368 square feet of office/flex space in Elmhurst, Illinois. The building is located at 501 West Lake Street, just minutes from I-290, near the intersection of Lake Street (Highway 20) and Kingery Highway (Route 83).  The property consists of two facilities totaling 86,781 square feet situated on 6.98 acres. This lease transaction brings the building to 85% occupancy.  
 
Dan O’Neill, Executive Vice President, Jeff Fischer, Executive Vice President, and Howard Bergdoll, Associate, with NAI Hiffman, represented the owner in the transaction.  Jack Brennan of CBRE represented the tenant.
