NAI Hiffman represents owner in 19,500 SF lease in Elk Grove Village

ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL  (February 25, 2016) – NAI Hiffman represented owner Isaac Sargis, in a new lease with Advanced Turf Solutions for 19,500 square feet of industrial space in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. The building is located at 1225 Lunt Avenue near the intersection of Lunt Avenue and Busse Road.  This lease transaction brings the building to 100% occupancy.  

Joe Bronson, Executive Vice President, and Howard Bergdoll, Associate, with NAI Hiffman’s industrial Services Group represented the owner in the transaction.  G. Pat Ryan of Combined Commercial Realty represented the tenant.
