Crownhill Packaging Leases First U.S. Location In Waukegan

Waukegan, IL (October 22, 2009) – Toronto-based Crownhill Packaging Ltd. has signed a six-year lease for a 45,534 square foot facility at 1696 Lakeside Drive in the Amhurst Lake Business Park in Waukegan, Illinois. A leading manufacturer and supplier of custom packaging materials, this is the Canadian company’s first US location. Crownhill chose the stand-alone Waukegan building for the growth potential it affords them as well as access to a growing Midwestern customer base they wished to serve locally.
Steve Sullivan, vice president with NAI Hiffman’s Industrial Services Group represented Crownhill Packaging. The landlord, Five Crowns Capital, was represented by Sam Badger and Whit Heitman of Paine/Wetzel.
