NAI Hiffman brokers industrial sale

Waukegan, Illinois-based Acacia Spice Company has purchased a 25,069-square-foot manufacturing facility at 3940 Porett Drive in Gurnee, Ill. from the Kalva Corporation. The spice company bought the building to accommodate the growth of their spice importing business.
Currently located in Waukegan in a 12,000-square-foot facility, this purchase represents significant growth for company who will now have the ability to add up to an additional 30,000 square feet on their site.

Steve Sullivan, vice president with NAI Hiffman‘s Industrial Services Group, represented Acacia Spice Company. Patrick Shannon with Darwin Realty represented Kalva Corporation.
