Plycon Van Lines has leased 19,678 square feet of warehouse space at 336 Armory Drive in South Holland. Brian Vanosky, principal of Lee & Associates of Illinois represented building ownership, Cobalt Industrial REIT II. David Troha of NAI Hiffman represented the tenant.
