Warehousing firm expanding in I-55

As seen in Chicago Real Estate Daily
A warehousing firm is expanding and consolidating into one building in a planned move in the Interstate 55 industrial corridor. Distribution 2000 Inc. leased about 236,000 square feet at 1165 Crossroads Parkway in Romeoville, says President Marc Risser. The company now has about 175,000 total square feet at two nearby locations in Bolingbrook, Mr. Risser says. The firm, whose clients are food and beverage companies, plans to move early next year. The deal makes the 471,500-square-foot building half leased, says Dan Leahy, an executive vice-president at NAI Hiffman who represented owner TA Associates Realty.
