Duke Realty Pays $9.5M for Industrial Building

As seen in CoStar.
Duke Realty acquired the 257,542-square-foot industrial building at 940 N. Enterprise St. in Aurora, IL, for $9.5 million, or approximately $37 per square foot.
The Class A property was constructed in 1998 and has four drive-in doors and 36 truck docks. Duke Realty already has a tenant signed to a long-term lease. Brighton’s Best International, a fastener, screws and bolts distributer, signed a long-term lease with plans to relocate to the building later in the year.
Charles Canale and David Bercu of Colliers International worked with the seller and Brian Colson and Eric Fischer of NAI Hiffman worked with the buyer.
