NAI Hiffman’s Dan O’Neill repped Old Chicago Real Estate in its sale of four acres in Bolingbrook at Lily Cache and Woodcreek Drive, where The LaSalle Group will build an Autumn Leaves assisted facility for Alzheimer’s and dementia patients. Dan, along with colleagues Jeff Fischer and Kelly Disser, also repped Duke in its sale of the 93k SF 444 N Commerce Dr in Aurora to Phonak, which had been leasing 27k SF there.
