BJF Estancia renews lease with Rockwell Automation

NAI Hiffman recently represented BJF Estancia I LLC in renewing their lease with Rockwell Automation for 21,898 square feet of office space at Estancia Corporate Center in Burr Ridge. The space is part of a 49,687-square-foot building located at 180 Harvester Drive.

NAI Hiffman’s Dan O’Neill, executive vice president, and Jim Adler, executive vice president, of their office services group represented BJF Estancia in the transaction. Jon Springer and Tim Reynolds of CBRE represented Rockwell Automation.
