Jud Henry Secures 10 Tenants with Denholtz Associates


NAI Hiffman’s Jud Henry has assisted Denholtz Associates in signing a total of over 40,000 square feet of new, renewal, and expansion leases among ten tenants throughout Oak Brook, Illinois.

In the largest of the new leases at Butterfield Office Plaza, Verve Global, Inc. will take up 10,607 square feet of office space. Other new tenants include Morton Salt with 8,730 square feet, CIeNET Technologies and Prairie Title Services. Chiro One Wellness will expand their current office space by 11,985 square feet within the building. Renewed tenants include Re-Direct Financial Services and Advance Innovative Solutions, Inc.

Butterfield Office Plaza is a three story, 200,000-square-foot facility, located in the center of DuPage County’s East-West Corridor at 2625 Butterfield Road. Building amenities include a landscaped atrium, courtyard, on-site food service, mail room, and on-site management.

In Oakbrook Terrace, Denholtz signed 3,176 square feet of office space for new and renewed tenants to Midwest Office Center. Renewed leases include Roof Management Illinois, Inc. and On-Site Marketing Corp. The newest tenant to join the Oakbrook Terrace location is American Sleep Disorders Center.

Midwest Office Center is a 77,000-square-foot building located at 18W100 22nd Street, conveniently near Oak Brook Center, Yorktown Mall, I-88, I-294, and I-355. Office spaces ranging from 800 to 10,500 square feet are available and include private suite entrances and abundant parking.
