Meridian Parkway signs Dyson to Aurora lease

AURORA – NAI Hiffman announces they have assisted BCL Meridian Parkway in signing a new long-term lease with Dyson Inc. for 14,821 square feet of office space in Aurora.

The new space is part of a 45,763-square-foot building within the Meridian Business Campus, 4248 Meridian Parkway. Through NAI Hiffman’s efforts, the building has been brought from 18 percent leased in the first quarter of 2011 to 89 percent leased a year later. The lease is part of Dyson’s call center expansion out of their downtown Chicago office.
