NAI Hiffman has assisted C-III Capital Partners in the sale of their 64,064-square-foot building to St. Paul Lutheran Church and School. Situated on 9.33 acres, the single-story facility is located at 85 S. Constitution Drive in Aurora.

Michael Meksto, senior vice president, and Jim Tsevis, vice president of NAI Hiffman’s retail service group represented C-III in the transaction. Mary Anne Bargielski of Prime 1 Realty represented St. Paul Lutheran.
