NAI Hiffman has assisted Chicago Title Land Trust Co. in the sale of their 3,200-square-foot building to Tom Coutretsis, a Long Grove restaurateur. The single-story building is situated on 2.75 acres of land located at 795 West Dundee Road in Palatine.

Jim Tsevis, vice president of NAI Hiffman’s retail services group, and Spero Adamis of Cornerstone Commercial Partners, represented Chicago Title Land Trust in the sale. Tom Reboletti of Cornerstone Commercial represented Tom Coutretsis.
