GCR sells 220,000-square-foot building in Aurora

NAI Hiffman recently represented GCR Corp. with the sale of a 220,000-square-foot industrial building to Magnetrol. The building, formerly owned by JVC North America, is located within the Meridian Business Campus at 705 Enterprise St. in Aurora. Situated on 10 acres, the facility includes 30,000 square feet of class A office space, 20 interior docks, and has 22-foot clear ceiling height.

Eric Tresslar, executive vice president, of NAI Hiffman’s industrial services group represented GCR Corp. in the transaction. David Friedland of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Magnetrol.
