Bedding Experts signs 1,500-square-foot lease in Chicago

NAI Hiffman recently represented Supervalu Inc. with signing mattress retailer, The Bedding Experts, to 1,500 square feet of retail space at 1103-1155 S. State St. in Chicago. Located at the intersection of Roosevelt and State, the property offers high visibility to pedestrian and vehicle traffic. As part of a Jewel Osco anchored center, the space provides customer parking, access to the CTA Green Line and heavy traffic counts.
Michael Meksto, senior vice president, and Jim Tsevis, vice president, with NAI Hiffman’s retail services group, represented Supervalu, Inc. in the transaction.

Supervalu combines expertise in grocery retail and supply chain operations. Supervalu has a nationwide network of approximately 2,500 retail stores.
