6400 Shafer Court welcomes three new tenants

NAI Hiffman has announced multiple new tenants at 6400 Shafer Court in Rosemont. The building welcomed a new owner in June 2012 and has completed three deals with NAI Hiffman’s office services group. Michael Nortman, principal at Schaumburg-based Crossroads Development Partners LLC, executed the following leases:

• American Society of Plumbing Engineers, represented by CBRE’s Gregg Witt and James Otto, leasing 7,076 square feet;
• Quatrro FPO Solutions, with Peter Kelly of Lincoln Property Commercial, leasing 3,185 square feet; and
• Haemonetics Corp., represented by Studley’s Jon Azulay, leasing 14,665 square feet.

Jack Reardon, senior vice president, with NAI Hiffman’s office services group represented 6400 Shafer Court in all three transactions.

Located just off I-294 near O’Hare, 6400 Shafer Court currently has 2,000 to 24,000 square feet of office space available. Property highlights include a full-service cafeteria, conference room, tenant storage, underground parking and on-site management.
