Waste Management expands lease by 40,000 square feet

NAI Hiffman has represented Travelers Insurance in recently expanding Waste Management’s lease by 40,030 square feet of office space at Butterfield Centre in Lombard. The lease expansion is a Waste Management group that is relocating from 1431 Opus Place in Downers Grove. The space is part of a 145,814-square-foot building located at 700 E. Butterfield Road. Property amenities include immediate I-88 access, newly renovated common areas, a conference center with auditorium, an on-site deli, covered parking and close proximity to Yorktown Mall and Oak Brook Center’s stores and restaurants.Michael Van Zandt, senior vice president, Brian Edgerton, vice president, and Matt Novak, associate, with NAI Hiffman’s office services group, represented Travelers Insurance in the transaction.
