Sonnenschein Financial Services Inc. recently signed a lease renewal for 9,091 square feet of office space at 2 Trans Am Plaza Drive in Oakbrook Terrace. The office is part of a 117,717-square-foot multi-story, atrium-style building in Oakbrook Terrace with access to I-88. Property amenities include food service, on-site property management and an adjacent Marriott Courtyard
Michael Van Zandt, senior vice president, Brian Edgerton, vice president, and Matt Novak, associate, with NAI Hiffman’s office services group represented Two Transam Plaza Associates in the transaction. James Otto of James Otto & Company represented Sonnenschein Financial.
