Topline Furniture has purchased a 252,000-square-foot industrial building located at 1455 Thorndale Ave. in Itasca.

Jeff Janda and Jeff Galante, both principals, and Mike Plumb, senior vice president, of Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC represented the seller, TA Associates Realty, and Adam Marshall and Eric Tresslar at NAI Hiffman represented the buyer in the transaction.
