Armstrong Relocation Leases 58,400 SF in Glendale Heights

 Armstrong Relocation, an industrial relocation and hauling service provider, signed a lease for 54,800 square feet at 1601 Fullerton Court in Glendale Heights, IL.
The industrial building totals 58,400 square feet and was constructed in 2004. Armstrong Relocation will move into the space next month.

Daniel Leahy and Jeffrey Fischer of NAI Hiffman represented the building’s ownership. Kevin Segerson of CBRE represented the tenant.
