NAI Hiffman represents Garber Properties in Bolingbrook

 
NAI Hiffman’s Claire Bitautas and Anne Callard represented Garber Properties in signing two new tenants, Penn Station Subs and Integrity Dental Associates, each to 1,600 square feet of retail space in Bolingbrook.

Both tenants are scheduled to open their doors in early 2013. As part of the Country Aire Commons at 266-286 S. Weber Road, the location offers strong national co-tenancy, great signage and 38,000 vehicles per day on Weber Road. The center currently has two vacancies remaining for 1,130 and 1,007 square feet.

Penn Station Subs was represented by Bill Selonick of Newmark Knight Frank. Karen Kramford of Ryan Hill Realty represented Integrity Dental.
