NAI Hiffman represents Pull’R Holdings in new lease

NAI Hiffman represented Pull’R Holdings, a specialty tool manufacturer and distributor, in its new lease with ML Realty Partners for 76,282 square feet of industrial space in Schaumburg.
The building is located at 415 E. State Parkway near the intersection of Roselle and Golf roads, less than a mile south of I-90.

Dan Leahy, executive vice president with NAI Hiffman’s industrial services group, represented Pull’R Holdings. Ron Behm and Jonathon Kohn of Colliers International represented the landlord, ML Realty.
