Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide team completes two industrial transactions

Gregory Wright, senior vice president, and Adam Naparsteck, associate of Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide, have completed two industrial transactions.
B&H Systems, a third-party logistics provider, has leased 28,155 square feet within a 120,000-square-foot industrial facility located at 501 Airport Road in North Aurora to accommodate the company’s expansion. Wright and Naparsteck represented the tenant. John Whitehead of NAI Hiffman worked on behalf of the building owner, Liberty Property Trust.

UniProducts Inc. has leased 20,000 square feet of space within the 56,000-square-foot building at 950 Greenleaf in Elk Grove. The provider of metal sourcing solutions is expanding and relocating its operations already in Elk Grove to the new facility. Wright and Naparsteck represented the tenant in the transaction. Thomas Rodeno along with Patrick Turner of Colliers International worked on behalf of the landlord, Sitex Realty.
