Portillo’s buys 214,315-square-foot outlot in Addison

NAI Hiffman represented High Street Real Estate Fund III (HSREF III) in the sale of a 214,315-square-foot outlot to restaurant group Portillo’s Food Service Inc. in Addison.
The 4.92 acres of land is located at the northwest corner of Fullerton Avenue and Rohlwing Road. Portillo’s plans to build a commissary building on the property to prepare food items for their 30-plus retail restaurants in the Chicago area.

Mark Moran, Brian Colson and Eric Fischer represented HSREF III in the sale. Avison Young’s Todd Heine represented Portillo’s.

HSREF III is managed by High Street Realty Co., a private equity real estate firm.
