KTR Capital signs new Wood Dale tenant

NAI Hiffman represented KTR Capital Partners in its new lease with Leader Express Inc., a cargo and truckload shipping company, for 30,115 square feet of industrial space in Wood Dale. The building is located at 712 N. Central Ave., minutes from I-355, I-290 and I-90. The new lease brings the facility to 100 percent occupancy along with one other tenant, Namco.
Jeff Fischer, senior vice president, and Adam Marshall, CCIM, vice president with NAI Hiffman’s industrial services group represented KTR Capital. Tom Rodeno of Colliers represented Leader Express Inc.
