NAI Hiffman represents TA Associates in Mt. Prospect lease

MOUNT PROSPECT – NAI Hiffman represented TA Associates Realty in its lease renewal with pharmaceutical company, Coram, LLC, for 32,059 square feet of office space in Mount Prospect.

It is the fourth transaction for Coram, who took initial occupancy in the building in 2001.

The space is part of the Kensington Business Center at 1471 Business Center Drive. The building offers large open floor plans, training classrooms, lunchrooms, storage, warehouse availability, and ample parking. Approximately 26,000 square feet of flex/office space remains available for lease.

Michael Flynn, CCIM, SIOR, managing director, and Jason Wurtz, vice president, with NAI Hiffman’s office services group represented TA Associates. Jim Bowers of Corporate Realty Associates represented Coram.
