NAI Hiffman completes 28-acre land sale in Sycamore

NAI Hiffman recently represented the Wellander Family in the sale of 28 acres of land in Sycamore, Ill. The property, located at the southwest corner of Peace and Freed roads, was purchased by Windmill Farm Limited Partnership. Windmill Farm plans to use the land for future development, selecting the property because of its visibility and accessibility.
Bruce Granger, senior vice president with NAI Hiffman’s industrial services group, represented the Wellander Family in the transaction.
