NAI Hiffman represents PepsiCo Americas in property sale

UNIVERSITY PARK – NAI Hiffman recently represented PepsiCo Americas in the sale of 12.3 acres of land in University Park.
The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers #9 purchased the land with plans to use it for an office building & training center, selecting the location for its close proximity to and visibility from I-57. The property sits on the southwest corner of Joseph Court and Industrial Drive with frontage along I-57.

Chris Gary, vice president with NAI Hiffman’s industrial services group, represented PepsiCo Americas in the transaction. IBEW was represented by Mike Fawell of Prudential Rubloff Properties.
