FRANKLIN PARK, IL (February 2, 2017) – NAI Hiffman is proud to announce the 80,341-square-foot sale of 3311 Charles Street in Franklin Park, Illinois.

The building, constructed in 1977, has been completely remodeled and features: 17’ clear height, 4,350 square feet of office space, 6 interior docks, and 8 drive-in doors.

Brian Colson, an executive vice president with NAI Hiffman, was the sole broker in the transaction and represented the seller, MGLI Properties, LLC, in the sale to Pritzker Realty Group.
