NAI Hiffman’s Wurtz and Van Reken complete office sale for non-profit in McHenry
McHENRY, IL (May 24, 2017) – NAI Hiffman recently represented ownership in the sale of a 39,267-square-foot office building located at 4100 Veterans Parkway in McHenry, Illinois.
NAI Hiffman Senior Vice President – Office Services, Jason Wurtz, and Vice President – Office Services, Aubrey Van Reken, represented Pioneer Center for Human Services in the transaction.
Pioneer Center for Human Services sold the property to Alexander Leigh Center for Autism (ALCA), also a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, where it will be relocating from its current space in Crystal Lake, Illinois.
ALCA has plans to expand its Therapeutic Day School services to serve more individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), OHI, multiple disabilities, developmental delay and/or intellectual disabilities.
Bill Lussow and Victor Sanmiguel of Bespoke Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.
